We lost the entire list of our world workers on another computer program. It is hoped that if you are interested in working periodically for topics of general concern and welfare that you resubmit your name for this interested group of dedicated prayer workers.

Below are some ideas to work with in connection with recent events.

The Lord thy God in the midst of thee is mighty; (Zeph. 3:17)

Thou wilt keep him in perfect peace, whose mind is stayed on thee: because he trusteth in thee. (Isa. 26:3)

Be still and know that I am God.

There is no witchcraft, no electromagnetism. Mrs. Eddy has much to say about electromagnetism in the Blue Book (Divinity Course and General Collectanea). (If you are unaware of this book let us know. This is a VERY useful tool for metaphysical work as well as a truly inspiring volume on our Leader, her life, instructions and healing work.)

There is no vapid fury of mortal mind--expressed in earthquake, wind, wave, lightning, fire, bestial ferocity --and this so-called mind is self-destroyed. The manifestations of evil, which counterfeit divine justice, are called in the Scriptures, "The anger of the Lord." In reality, they show the self-destruction of error or matter and point to matter's opposite, the strength and permanency of Spirit. Christian Science brings to light Truth and its supremacy, universal harmony, the entireness of God, good, and the nothingness of evil. (S&H 293)

Let us all feel the Love that is Life, Spirit, God surround and permate all Her precious ideas as a mother cares for her loved ones. Love is indeed the universal solvent and dissolves all unlike itself. Let us see that Love as All.

Here are some citations I (G. V.) found that would seem to have a great deal of relevance to what we need to handle. Mrs. Eddy told us we must handle weather and it would seem we have a great opportunity to do so

S&H 192:11 Erring power is a material belief, a blind miscalled force,

S&H 171:4 Through discernment of the spiritual opposite of ma-
teriality, even the way through Christ, Truth, man will
6 reopen with the key of divine Science the gates                       Paradise
of Paradise which human beliefs have closed,                          regained
and will find himself unfallen, upright, pure, and free,
9 not needing to consult almanacs for the probabilities either
of his life or of the weather, not needing to study brain-
ology to learn how much of a man he is.
12 Mind's control over the universe, including man, is
no longer an open question, but is demonstrable Science.
