"A Gem of Metaphysical Teaching" is the subtitle to the cover of this pamphlet, having been reprinted over and over for decades.  Edward Kimball was authorized to teach the first Normal Class taught in the Board of Education of Mary Baker Eddy's Massachussetts Metaphysical College. 37 pages, bound in blue card stock. Originally  printed by Raymond Cornell in a limited edition of 50 copies; this is the reprint by Rare Book Company of that original pamphlet ? all inventory of RBC was wholly acquired by Healing Unlimited in the summer of 2010.
